Decalyourwall provides architectural surface protective coatings, anti-graffiti sealants, and wall integrity audits for exterior building facades. Decalyourwall is not liable for pre-existing structural defects, moisture issues, or salt degradation not disclosed prior to service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decalyourwall’s liability for any claim arising from the use of our services or products is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or business interruption. This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client who provides false information, fails to pay for services rendered, or uses our products in a manner inconsistent with safety guidelines. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our materials and return any equipment provided.
